What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address. When you create an event, we store the details you provide — title, date, location, menu items, and description. When a guest RSVPs, we store their name, email, attendance status, guest count, and meal selections.

We do not collect payment card details. Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's privacy policy.

How we use it

We use your information solely to operate My Party Page — to show you your events, allow guests to RSVP, and send transactional emails such as magic login links. We do not sell your data, run ads, or share your information with third parties except as necessary to operate the service (Stripe for payments, our hosting provider for infrastructure).

Guest data

Guest RSVPs — names, emails, and meal preferences — are visible only to the event host. We do not contact guests for any purpose beyond the RSVP flow they initiated.

Cookies and sessions

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.

Data retention

Your account and event data is retained as long as your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us.
