1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using My Party Page, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

My Party Page lets hosts create event pages, collect RSVPs, and track meal preferences. During our beta period, the service is free to use.

3. Pricing

My Party Page is currently free to use during our beta period. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future and will provide advance notice to existing users before doing so.

4. Your content

You own the content you create — event details, menus, and guest information. You grant My Party Page a limited license to store and display that content to operate the service. We do not sell your data or your guests' data.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use My Party Page for anything illegal, harmful, or deceptive. We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
